Our admissions process is simple and straightforward. Apply online, submit required documents, and enroll in your desired program.
Step-by-step Application Process
Complete your online application form, provide necessary documents, pay fees, and receive confirmation to begin your journey with Thames.
- Online Application Submission Fill out and submit the online application form with all required personal information, grade/level of interest, and upload the initial requested documents.
- Application Review & Confirmation The Admissions Office reviews your application. You will receive a confirmation email within 3–7 working days (subject to volume of applications).
- Payment of Application / Evaluation Fee Pay the non-refundable application/registration fee (amount and bank details will be indicated in the confirmation email).
- Scheduling the Admission Assessment / Interview Once the fee is confirmed, we will contact you to schedule:
- Entrance exam / placement test (according to the grade)
- Student interview and/or observation (especially Nursery–Grade 4)
- Family/parent interview (in most cases)
- Admission Assessment Day The student attends the scheduled evaluation(s). (Some schools also require a classroom trial day or shadow day at this stage.)
- Admission Decision The Admissions Committee reviews all results and documents. You will receive one of the following notifications within 5–10 working days:
- Accepted
- Waitlisted
- Not accepted
- Acceptance Confirmation & Enrollment Reservation If accepted → You must confirm acceptance and pay the enrollment/reservation fee within the deadline indicated in the acceptance letter (usually 7–10 days).
- Completion of Enrollment Submit all remaining required documents:
- Original/certified academic records & certificates
- Health/vaccination records
- Legal guardianship documents (if applicable)
- Recent photos, etc.
- Payment of First Tuition Installment Make the first tuition payment (and any other required fees: books, uniform, bus, lunch, etc.)
- Welcome & Orientation Receive welcome package, student ID, class placement, school calendar, supply list, uniform information, etc. Attend New Family / Student Orientation (usually held before the school year begins).
